The Proper Dosage

Choosing the right dosage to manage your pain is just as important as choosing the right strain. Kratom strains are highly dosage dependent. In fact, sometimes pain management isn’t even possible without taking the right dosage of certain strains.

However, there are some strains what will start providing pain relief with a dosage as small as 0.5 grams. 2 to 4 grams usually produce stimulant effects, 4 to 6 grams produce stimulant, sedation, and analgesic effects, and 6 to 8 grams produce sedation and analgesic effects. The beginner should start with 2 to 4 grams.
